Counselling

A range of counselling services are available. Some of the services available address:

• Loneliness
• Death of a family member
• Loss of health
• Adult child, grandchild, and aging parent relationships

We also offer the following support groups:

• Bereavement Support
• You & Your Adult Child / Grandchild: Communication Group

Please note that our counselling services are general in focus and that we are unable to assist with more complex concerns such as anger management, addictions, complex mental health concerns, or childhood sexual abuse.  Our counselling services may not be appropriate for clients with dementia or memory concerns.  We do not provide couple, family, or group counselling.
