A range of counselling services are available. Some of the services available address:

  • Loneliness
  • Death of a family member
  • Loss of health
  • Adult child, grandchild, and aging parent relationships

 

We also offer the following support groups:

  • Bereavement Support
  • You & Your Adult Child / Grandchild: Communication Group

Income Tax Services for Older Adults 55+

Income Tax Clinics are not being offered in 2023.
